Jennifer presents free estate planning seminars to your employees or self-organized groups of ten or more people and their spouse or partner. The following estate planning documents are covered in the seminar:

- Power of Attorney for Health Care Decisions
- Wills (includes appointment of guardian for minor children in event of death)
- Financial Power of Attorney (in case of incapacity or death)
- Estate Planning Information Form
- Funeral Planning Requests/Cremation Affidavit
The presentation covers the basics on wills, trusts, and health care decision making, complete with handouts. Jennifer walks the participants through a comprehensive estate planning questionnaire which they can use to organize their personal and financial information in anticipation of preparing the above documents. Jennifer assists each participant with preparation of a Health Care Directive so they can leave with at least one completed document to motivate them to complete the rest.
